1.1 Their planning for teaching
Teachers in this school have a very good plan for teaching. The plan is made in such a way, adjusting to students' abilities and curriculum targets. Teaching plans here mostly hone students' ability to communicate, say vocabulary and write. Every teacher who teaches has its own material so students feel happy to learn English. As previously explained, the teacher makes a craft for students which is certainly related to the lesson. Not only are the crafts preferred, but also in terms of speaking, they are honed. Speaking is trained by the conversation between students to help know the pronunciation and vocabulary learned.
1.2 Their preparing lessons and materials
Teachers at this school prepare to learn the material from available books. In addition, they prepare material from the internet and videos related to the lesson (chapter) in the book and lesson plan.
If they do a craft, they prepare from afar so that they can design well what they want to teach students.
1.3 Their teaching in class?
In the teaching process in the classroom, teachers in this school use the learning media available in the classroom. They will explain in advance about the chapter they will discuss. After that, they will give assignments such as conversation or writing sentences to train students to get used to using English. Teachers also often provide homework for students to do tasks well at home.
They will explain the material slowly so that students easily understand the material. As we know that in Thailand the use of English is still lacking. Therefore, the teacher must explain the lesson slowly so that students can understand well about learning English.
1.4 Their measurement and evaluation?
They judge by measuring students' abilities. Have the students been able to do the task well or not? Have students known the lesson properly and correctly? The teacher can assess according to the attitude of students in the class, students' knowledge about English lessons. In addition, the teacher can also judge based on the tasks students do in class and at home.
1.5 Your overall impression of the teacher performances?
The teacher performances are good enough. Although, some words are still not correctly pronounced by the teacher. The teacher can manage the class and creatively make some tasks to learned by the students. I found new lessons from the teacher to make learning fun and creative from the teachers at this school.
